Vicky Blair Office Manager / agent

Vicky was raised on the rolling prairies of Central Illinois by her farmer father and her coal miner’s daughter mother but moved to Texas in 1982. She learned the value of working with her hands at an early age, generating an excellent work ethic and a willingness to help that is second to none. Having been raised on a farm with livestock, she has a spirited kinship for horses and cattle. On the farming end, her family planted corn, soybeans, wheat and oats. Her favorite hay was baled in the clover fields.

Her paternal family has roots back to the time of William Penn and the new colonies (mid 1600's) and is related to a Pony Express rider. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Angelo State University in 1996 and her Master's Degree in 2007 from Kaplan University. Vicky has worked an array of jobs, including as a CSI working crime scenes and as a latent fingerprint/face/iris examiner contracting with the DoD. She has taught at all levels of education and has participated in various conferences.. Vicky is passionate about helping local youth expand their knowledge and experiences.

God and family are primary in her life. Vicky has four children (Justin, Brandon, Shon and Breon), two grandchildren and a grandbaby on the way! She loves to travel and experience new places, and generally prefers to drive wherever she is going to garner the rich experiences the United States has to offer. 

Vicky is a Certified Land Specialist and has received the Silver Producer Agent of the Year Award, selling both land and residential properties across North and East Texas for 9 years. She also coordinates the administrative business for her agency’s office, utilizing her self-taught skills to successfully navigate multiple programs to create and maintain documents and images, unique listing presentations and digital marketing tools. With her diverse set of life experiences and education, Vicky is comfortable interacting and communicating with people from all walks of life. She is respected in her community for her honesty, strength of character, desire to help others and genuine faith in God and country. Matt is as Texan as they come, sharing the same love of the land and Texas heritage that his family carried before him.  Steeped in traditional Texas values, his grandfather, Jeff McMurtry, was a renowned rancher and cattleman in Archer County, and his uncle, Larry McMurtry, was an author and screenwriter.  This passion combined with his “can do” attitude has enabled him to become one of the top producing Farm and Ranch real estate agents in North Central Texas.  He has been blessed to consistently be a multimillion-dollar producer since obtaining his real estate license in 2000.  With his 25 yrs of experience of selling ranches across Texas, Matt prides himself on doing business with the values of integrity, honesty and character.  These core values have enabled him to establish and grow long lasting working relationships with his clients over the years.

Richard hails from a long line of farmers and ranchers. He understands the love of working the land and enjoying the fruits of his labor. He has lived in Windthorst, TX his entire life and was lucky enough to marry his high school sweetheart Suzette Veitenheimer. Together they have raised 5 children, Ricky, Tessa, Sara, Tristin and Nicholas who have in turn blessed them with 11 grandchildren.

Richard graduated from Windthorst High School and operated his own dairy farm for 14 years. Richard took a position as Loan Officer for Windthorst Federal Credit Union where he helped grow the loan portfolio from $15,680,800 to over $36,000,000 in his 18 1/2 years of employment. He currently serves on the Supervisory Committee at Windthorst Federal Credit Union and as Director on the Archer County Soil and Water Conservation Board. He served 6 years on the Windthorst Water Supply Corp board and 18 years on the Windthorst ISD Board of Trustees with 5 years as Board President.

Richard is a strong supporter of the Red Cross and of the Texas Blood Institute where he was recognized as the Donor of the Year in 2019.

Richard enjoys farming, woodworking and spending time with his family. He has a true love for the local area and promises to work hard to help his clients find their "dream" property while staying within their budget.

Richard Key Agent

Richard was born and raised in the West Texas town of Big Spring, Texas. He is a 2001 graduate of Big Spring High School, a 2003 graduate of New Mexico Military Institute, a 2008 graduate of Angelo State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, and a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Richard achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with three palms and a vigil member of the Order of the Arrow. Richard is a Committee Member for the Wichita Falls Ducks Unlimited Chapter. Besides being a realtor, Richard is the Texas Game Warden for Archer County.

Before becoming a Texas Game Warden, Richard received his real estate license in 2008 and worked for his family’s office in Big Spring, TX. He was awarded Rookie of the Year by the Permian Basin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee Strike Force Award, and United Country Pinnacle Award. From 2015- 2021, Richard continued to work for his family's office in Wichita Falls and received the Pinnacle Award. From 2021-2024, Richard joined McLemore Properties Realty Group. He currently serves as the Governmental Affairs Chairman for the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors.

Richard has been a Game Warden for 14 years and is stationed in Archer County, Texas. He currently holds a Master Peace Officer License, among various other certifications within the law enforcement field. He is also one of the 60 drone pilots for the TPWD and drone instructor. Richard is part of the Game Warden Boat Accident Reconstruction Team and a proud member of the Honor Guard. Richard continues to expand his training and knowledge through continual training and certifications.

Richard is married to his wife Elizabeth and proud stepdad to Logan.  In the off time, they like to Hunt, Fish, travel, and watch Logan in all his sports.  With Richard's knowledge of the real estate market, ranch ownership and established relationships, combined with United Country’s marketing strategy, Richard can help his clients achieve their goal whether it's purchasing or selling a property in the Texoma and West Texas area.
