My name is Linda Scoggin Anderson, I am a home town local, who loves Altus & Southwestern Oklahoma and hope my clients will too. I am a 5th generation to this area makes me an expert on history and heritage. I began selling real estate in 1981. I remember when most of the homes were built and who the builders were. I have had the distinct pleasure of seeing our rural community grow over the years into a small city and economic hub of Jackson, Greer, Harmon , Tillman & Kiowa counties. Thanks to ranchers, farmers , Altus Air Force Base , and multitudes of hardworking individuals we are a vital part of our great state.
A little personal background, I am Scotch Irish (heavy on the Scotch) on my fathers side. I am Irish & Chickashsa Indian on my mother’s side. My family ran a cattle auction, order buying, and livestock hauling business. I started helping when I was in high school. My husband has always been a cattleman and rancher. He recently retired from Oklahoma National Stockyards in OKC. Together we currently manage West Boggy Creek Ranch south of Duke, Oklahoma and north of the Red River. I have an extensive agricultural background. I sell land in the Tri county area as well as residential properties. My husband and I have raised 3 children and 9 grandchildren. We have a smart , talented tribe that we are extremely proud to claim. I graduated Altus High School ( Once a Bulldog Always a Bulldog) and Western Oklahoma State College then finished at Southwestern State University in Weatherford.Ok. Later, I received certification in Ultra Sounding and AI at Iowa State. I love genetics, we raise Black Angus cattle, Registered American Quarter Horses & Registered Australian Shepherds. We are members of the AQHA Oklahoma Cattlemen Assoc and AKC. As a realtor my first priority is my client. I strive to ensure that the process is stress free. Years of experience helps me to avoid problems when possible or quickly address any issues that may arise. I’m a good negotiator. My business is based on more than 85% referrals from satisfied clients. Most of my business is military families moving in and out of Altus. I love meeting people from all over the country. I like recommending our local hangouts as well as letting people know we are just a short drive from Bricktown, Altus Lugert Lake, Wichita Mountain Wildlife refuge, Meers Cafe, OKC Zoo , Oklahoma University football games and just across the Oklahoma Texas state line there a numerous lakes, rodeos, concerts and events to enjoy, less than a 4 hour drive away. My motto is: Put people first and the money will follow. This has served me well. I love the people I meet and am always so greatful to make a living doing what I love.

We also have a summer home at Possum Kingdom Lake , Graford , Texas. We love Texas and LAKE LIFE.  Our property is near Graham , Texas . We enjoy the annual food truck competition . We are also jus 20 min from Mineral Wells , the down town is being reviltalized , including the Baker Hotel and all the great new businesses in the Craxy Downton area, known best for the CRAZY WATER.  We also love Weatherford Texas with it gorgeous stores and buildings... home of so many of the cutting horse ranches .  And of course we are less than an our from the Forth Worth Stockyards and all the wonderful cowboy events. STOP by our Possum Kingdom Lake office and we will be glad to show where all the locals eat and play.

Payton Hamm, is the Broker and Co-Owner at United Country Exploration Realty. She has been in Real Estate for over 10 years. Payton enjoys volunteering and dedicates her extra time to making our community a better place. She is involved in the newly passed CAPPs program and serves on the planning committee. She sits on multiple Boards including Help Inc., Kiwanis, Great Plains Regional Medical Center Foundation, and the GPRMC Gala Committee. She is the Merritt Key Club advisor, and even volunteers to coach Kiwanis Tball. Payton gives back to the community because she believes that you should do something today that your future self will thank you for. Payton is married and is raising 4 beautiful children. In any free time she has away from showing properties and writing up contracts she is usually on a ball field or shuttling the kids from activity to activity. 

Devon Nevels Office Manager

Devon was raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma, and attended the University of Central Oklahoma. Growing up she has always had a love for Real Estate. At a young age she and her mother would enjoy attending the Parade of Homes in Oklahoma City and Tour of Homes in Chickasha. After college, she worked for a home builder in Edmond, which further fueled her passion for real estate.

In 2012, Devon met and married Michael, and relocated to Michael’s hometown of Elk City, Oklahoma. They now have 4 children, who keep them busy with sports and school activities. While in Elk City, Devon has volunteered and worked at Elk City Public Schools and is an active member at her church.

In August 2019, Devon joined the United Country Exploration team as the office and marketing manager. Her responsibilities include promoting and marketing all of the office's listings and managing the day-to-day operations of the office. With her passion for Real Estate and her strive for excellence, Devon has become valuable member of the team and is committed to helping United Country Exploration Realty stand out in the local and National Real Estate market.
